Submission Policy

Darkholix offers a paid submission system for artists.

1. Submission Fee

Each submission costs €10 and applies to one video.

2. Duration

If approved, your video may be featured on Darkholix TV for up to 30 days.

3. Approval

All submissions are reviewed manually. We reserve full editorial control.

4. Requirements

• MP4 video format
• You must own or have rights to the content
• Content must fit Darkholix style and direction

5. AI Content

AI-assisted content is allowed, provided it is lawful and you hold the rights.

6. Restrictions

We do not accept content involving:

• Extremism or propaganda
• Hate or harmful messaging

7. No Guarantee

Payment does not guarantee publication.

8. Nature of Service

The submission fee covers the review and consideration of your content. It does not guarantee publication, views, or performance.

9. Editorial Rights

Darkholix reserves full editorial control over all content. We may reject, remove, or limit content at our discretion.

AI-Generated Content

Darkholix accepts AI-assisted or AI-generated music and video content.

By submitting such content, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use and distribute the material
• The content does not infringe on third-party rights
• You take full responsibility for the origin and legality of the content

Darkholix does not verify how the content was created and is not liable for any legal issues arising from AI-generated material.

AI Content Disclaimer

The platform may include AI-generated or AI-assisted content submitted by users. Darkholix does not verify the training data, sources, or methods used to create such content.

All responsibility for AI-generated material lies with the submitting user.
